I am a designer developing solarpunk technologies that merge performative biological materials with ecologically appropriate mechanisms. My work traces how the histories of manufactured objects have narrowed human and more-than-human opportunities for thriving, asking how alternative material cultures might realise more equitable and abundant futures. The world I imagine is one in which we are all gardeners cultivating artefacts and infrastructure that enhance multi-generational resilience.
